I’ve only been a part of the Apple family for a few years. But, it was only after watching a keynote that Steve Jobs did that got me interested in their products.

Then the presentation he gave for the first iPhone had me captivated. Two years after that speech was first given I had put aside enough money to take myself out of suffering constantly under Windows and bought myself a Macbook Pro and named her Clarissa (Yes, after the Show). The very machine I’m writing on now. It has served me wonders, collected a few stickers and one ever so tiny dent that I cannot explain.

It has never frozen or crashed on me, given me a ghastly blue screen or refused to do what I’ve asked of it. The greatest investment I’ve ever made and my prized possession. 

I have Steve Jobs to thank for that. 


